Refunds & Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please contact me within 7 days. I am always happy to help resolve any issue.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return must be received within 30 days of original delivery.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items on sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Perishable items (food, flowers)
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping cost is nonrefundable (item value only will be refunded.)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and have issued a refund.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

PayPal refunds are instant. Refunds to credit or debit cards can take up to 3-5 business days for processing. Please check with your bank first if you believe the refund is late.

If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We will replace items for the same size and color if they arrive defective or damaged.

We do not accept other exchanges.

Because our apparel is made on demand, for each buyer once they place their order, we do not accept exchanges if you order the incorrect size. Please check your measurements with the measurements provided on our site

Buyer is responsible for checking for spelling on any personalized items. We will not replace for spelling errors made by the buyer.

Gift returns

We provide store credit for gifts. We do not offer refunds.

If you received a gift from our store and would like to return it for store credit you will need to provide the original buyer's name and a description of the product so that we can confirm your order.  We will not alert the original buyer that you have returned the item.

  1. The order must have been marked as "gift" at checkout to qualify for a store credit.
  2. Gift recipient will receive a gift card for the value of the returned item (original shipping not included.)
  3. Original item must be returned within 30 days in unused, original condition.
  4. We do not pay for return shipping.
