When will my order ship?
Many of our items ship within a few business days (m-f) Exceptions are the products we offer that are made to order/made on demand:
- Clothing, veils, aprons
- Art prints, cards, calendars
- Yule ornaments, gift wrap
- Large crystal wands
- Spiral bound & hardcover journals/books of shadows.
The above items have additional processing time because they are only crafted once we receive your order.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. You will receive an email with tracking details.
Will my order arrive all in one package?
If you order multiple items they may arrive from separate locations. You will receive tracking information for each shipment in your order.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from several locations within the US.
What shipping method do you use?
We use USPS, UPS and FedEx.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on unused, unworn, unwashed items. Original packaging must also be returned.
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized items
- Herbs, roots, salts & powders
- Incense
- Oils, waters, colognes
- Crystals
- Bath & Body items, including ritual bath kits, soaps, waters, oils etc.
- Spell kits, ritual kits
- Sale items

Is shipping refundable?
No, original shipping will not be refunded.
Who pays return shipping?
Buyer pays return shipping and is responsible for safe delivery and tracking information.
