Refund policy
Shipping
- We generally ship within 1-5 business days.
- Many of our products are made to order. Some require additional production time, including:
- Art prints, cards, wall calendars (3-7 business days)
- Large crystal wands (2-3 weeks, these are artisan hand-crafted items!)
- Delivery estimates are provided at checkout.
- We ship via a variety of methods including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
- We ship from multiple locations so you may receive items in multiple shipments from various locations.
- You will receive tracking information when your order ships.
Returns
- We accept returns of unused, unwashed, unworn items within 14 days.
- Products must be received back in good condition, including original packaging.
- Buyer pays return shipping
- Buyer is responsible for tracking and safe delivery of the return.
- Once we receive and inspect the return we will issue a refund for the product price back to your original payment method (minus shipping and any discounts that were applied at checkout.)
- Original shipping is nonrefundable
Returns with us are easy and automated. You can request a return under My Account.
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
- Herbs, roots, salts & powders
- Incense
- Oils, waters, colognes
- Crystals
- Bath & Body items, including ritual bath kits, soaps, waters, oils etc.
- Spell kits, ritual kits
- Digital products
Exchanges
- We will replace items for the same size and color if they arrive defective or damaged.
- We do not accept clothing exchanges for a new size; please double-check your size before ordering.
Personalized items:
- If a personalized item arrives damaged we will replace it with the same item.
- Buyer is responsible for checking spelling. We will not replace items spelled incorrectly by the buyer.
Refund Timing
We authorize the refund once we have received and inspected the return. The refund itself can then take 3-5 business days to reflect on your bank or credit statement.
